Membership Fees

PROVISION
About the payment of single-time and systematic membership fees

I. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 This provision has been developed based on current legislation of Ukraine and Statutory Agreement of the Ukrainian Association for Management Development and Business Education (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"), and it establishes a procedure of payment for single-time and systematic membership fees by members of the Association.
1.2 Present procedures is approved by the Association’s Assembly, which posses a sole right to amend or cancel it.

II. SYSTEMATIC MEMBERSHIP FEES

2.1. Systematic membership fees are paid by all organizations-members of the Association every financial year. The fees are used to cover operational expenses of the Association.
2.2. The amount of systematic membership fee is to be approved by the Association. The amount of the systematic membership fee is established in national currency of Ukraine, hrivna. It cannot be changed after the beginning of the financial year.
2.3. Organizations-members of the Association are obliged to pay the membership fee during the first month of the financial year or during the period suggested by the Director of the Association. The organization can establish the protocol-agreement about the schedule of membership fee payment.
2.4. In case organization-participant of the Association fails to execute obligations according to article 2.3.: the agreement with the Association’s Director is not reached throughout two months or the obligations are not fulfilled, the issue is to be reviewed during the Association’s Board. The resolution of the issue made by the Association’s Board is final.
2.5. Systematic membership fee is paid by means of bank transfer to the account of the Association.

III. SINGLE-TIME MEMBERSHIP FEES

3.1. Single-time membership fees are paid by organizations-participants for funding specific participants.
3.2. Single-time membership fees are:

  • obligatory for all organizations-members the Association after approval at the Association’s General Assembly
  • voluntary for payment by the Association’s members, which provides the payers by the right to take part in specific programs of the Associations and utilize the results of the activities.
3.3. The amount of the membership fee is approved by the Association’s Board. The amount of the obligatory single-time membership fees is universal for all members of the Association.
3.4. The organizations-members of the Association cover single-time membership fees during the period suggested by the Director of the Association, or according to the special protocol about the payment schedule.
3.5. In case an organization-members fail to fulfill the obligations prescribed by article 3.4. of the present provision.: the agreement with the Association’s Director is not reached throughout two months or the obligations are not fulfilled, the issue is to be reviewed during the Association’s Board. The resolution of the issue made by the Association’s Board is final.
3.6. Organizations-participants of the Association are to cover voluntary single-time membership fees throughout the period established by the Association’s Director. In case an organization-member failed to cover the required amount of payment, or failed to do it during required period of time, it no longer has a right to take part in the particular program of the Association and utilize the results of the activities.
3.7. Single-time membership fee of the organization-member is paid by means of bank transfer to the account of the Association.
