Membership
Dear Sirs/Madame!
We encourage you or authorized representative of your educational institution to join membership in Ukrainian Association for Management Development and Business Education. Current legislative acts and legal practices require from organizations that are willing to join membership in Association to submit the following documents:- Original copy, or certified notary copy of registration (re-registration) certificate for legal entity that is willing to become a founder of Association;
- Original of 4 OPP certificate (taxpayer reference certificate)
- Written intent to become a founder:
For state owned organizations:
- Protocol (extract from protocol) of the Board meeting of institution’s Academic Council about the decision of legal entity to become a member of Association (on the blank of organization with rector’s signature or organizational stamp), as alternative an Order or Directive by the Head of higher educational institution to become a member of Association (on the blank of organization or organizational stamp)
For private organizations:
- If private company – decision of the owner of private company (example is enclosed)
- If Limited Liability Company (founders – private entities) – protocol of the shareholders’ meeting
- If Limited Liability Company (founders – legal entities) – protocol of the shareholders’ meeting
- If Closed Stock Company – protocol of the founders' meeting
If the Charter Agreement is not to be signed by the head of organization, signing entity should have the proxy at the moment of signing.
